Take Two
The holiday weekend fun was limited to the pool. We also finally used the outdoor grill. It was a bit intimidating, but we had to tackle it. No more excuses! With Baylor's recent birthday as an excuse, Anh prepared an awesome surf and turf mean with lobster tail and steak. Aunt Nguyen marinated corn on the cob which was grilled to perfection...my contribution...Paula Deen's recipe for BBQ beans...DELICIOUS! This was not the weekend for dieting!
