Like Father, Like Son

Maybe we do have a future surgeon on our hands, after all. He was working with a "slightly" different medium, but Jaxon skillfully demonstrated his surgical skills to Anh while carving his first jack-o-lantern.After carefully selecting a design, Jaxon solicited Anh's help transferring the pattern to a pumpkin. Logically, Anh made the initial cut with the "scalpel" through the pumpkin's thick rind, but Jaxon eventually took over and worked diligently on what would become his very own masterpiece.
Dad made a few refining touches since both he and Jaxon won't settle for anything less than perfection.
In the end, it was Jaxon who rightfully took all the credit for this terrifyingly wicked jack-o-lantern that now adorns our front porch. Excellent job, Jax! Maybe Dad is correct, and you are indeed destined to follow in his footsteps...
